Time Warner Cable screwed up my CableCard installation so badly that they actually sent me an APOLOGY NOTE. I didn’t even know these existed. (And really, how often do you have to horrendously piss off your customers before you put a graphic designer on the problem?)
For us, it seriously took like 15 phone calls and 3 tech visits (in addition to the 2 that they scheduled and never showed up for) to get our dumb issue fixed. The upside? Now I get cable, phone, internet, HBO, Showtime and DVR for two years for $110 a month. And of course, there’s this thoughtful card …
